I signed up for multiple different queues, but I only have a confirmation of the enrollment for 1 of 3 queues.  The other two (for 09/19/2020 @ 7:06pm pst) do not have accompanying emails.  NOTE: This is not the 'order now' email, this is just confirmation of my spot in the queue.  The website says I have the spot still, but should I be worried if I don't have the initial email?

My Positions are attached

If it's on the list, I wouldn't worry.

Double check your spam folder / filter and carry on.

    Hi zippmeiztr,

You signed up for 3 notifications.  As long as they were all requested with the same email address, which is the one on your account, it will be fine.  There may have been some emails that did not get sent, however, once the product becomes available, you will get an email.  Please let us know if you still get a missed email, and it says Notify Sent "Yes"  We will look into it.

    Regards,
    EVGA

For the "queue" is really put in a queue from when you do it? Or is more like a list and they pick at random? Cause me and my friend did it at the same time, around October and he got his email in November and I still haven't got an email yet and it's almost February 🥺

It goes in order.  Here is the current summary (as of this morning) of where the North American queues started today.

    North American Queue Summary

Your friend likely put in for a different card than you...each card's queue has different drops (volumes, cadence, etc.).

Check your auto-notifies list here: https://www.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp against the table I posted above.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Best of luck.

You would need to see his notification list, and his part number, as well as yours and compare dates, times, regions, and part numbers to make sure everything is exactly the same. The queue is based upon time of entry and EVGA doesn’t override it one way or the other to help anyone out.
