Hey guys,

I have a question for you pro's. I watched a YT video "JayTwoCents" https://youtu.be/zi-zU2p2ykc

So I disabled MCE in my Mobo and I have noticed low temps for my gpu 45 to 50c, fans running at 80%. I play BF4 and GPU settings are on low, I prefer performance over eye candy. Before I disabled MCE in my MOBO, I would hit about 68 to 70c, on the same settings. I don't think my gpu is having issues, everything runs fine, but just wondering if any one else who has a ASUS mobo has noticed a diffrence in gpu temps?

Is this normal or might there be a issue with my GPU.

Thanks in advance.

Without know more its hard to say, but disabling MCE is lowering your CPU performance which may be bottle-necking your GPU. This would make sense if you are playing on 1080p or lower with low graphics settings.

68°C to 70°C if fine even 80°C is fine.

Not on 1080p , playing at 1440p, cap my frames to 144. Without capping my frames I get about 210 fps on low and on ultra I get about 144 because I cap again.

I figured the 68, 70 was normal for this card at the settings that I run, just wondering why such the low temps now since I disabled MCE?

Because you have reduced your overall performance for the Motherboard.
So now your Graphics Card is also running lower performance so it runs cooler.
