Question about Step Up and Warranty

"Stepping through the Step-Up" says:
9. EVGA will automatically register your product so you will receive the full warranty on your Step-Up.

Does it mean full 3 years warranty, not a remaining term for original card?
 
And another question: Extended warranty is transferable and cheaper to buy for original card. If by some reason Extended Warranty was not purchased for original card, is it possible possible to purchase extended warranty for Step Up card later?

    Yes full three years and yes you can buy new extended warranty.
