Hello, I am asking a question about the RMA process that EVGA offers. So today I submitted a question, Uploaded invoice and registered my product. So do I have to wait until someone responds to the question and tries to help me out? And if my problem of coil whine cant be solved then I get an RMA ticket and I send the defective product in the box the GPU came in with 2 inches of bubble wrap. Would this be ok to ship it back with? Thanks in advanced!

We are actually open on weekends. Due to the high volume of requests and support tickets, we try to answer as soon as we can.

Just keep in mind to read all the information provided by EVGA when shipping an item back. Often problems are people not reading the instructions. Also anytime I have done an RMA I have wrote RMA# and the number provided on the outside of the box on each side. It's kind of overkill but I have never had a problem so far but I luckily haven't had to do a lot of them.

Use an Associates Code & SAVE 5% - 10% on your purchase. Just click on the associates banner to save, or enter the associates code at checkout on your next purchase. If you choose to use my code I want to personally say "Thank You" for using it.

You are always free to call in as well if you want faster service but it does take a couple of business days for us to respond. Also everything you're doing is fine so far. Definitely make sure you read the instructions sent to you via email. There are vital information in those email.
