Question about EVGA P2 650W versions

Hiya! and sorry for my bad english.
Im from Spain, and just bought a new EVGA P2 650W on Amazon. Version 220-P2-0650-X3.
My question is: Should i change it for the EU version? i mean the 220-P2-0650-X2.
There are any diference between the 220-P2-0650-X3 and 220-P2-0650-X2?
 
There are the specs sheets:

I mean, they're the same PSU, with same cables, same all, should be a problem with the PSU, or warranty for the model? :S

    Take a look at the power cord to tell which one you should get.

    Should you be sent the wrong cable your local PC store should carry the cable at a good price. I might have a spare cable I could also send to you.

    Since i bought it from Amazon...
    Ill return it and buy the correct one.
    The culprit was Amazon. It was not signposted.
