They are physically identical. The difference between a -KB suffix and a -KR suffix is that the -KB helps us know the product was sold at Best Buy. An -KB suffix would still have a standard three-year warranty and still be eligible for Step-Up or an extended warranty within 90 days of the original purchase date.
