I was able to resolve the rgb issues with this version of Precisionx and it might have worked with previous versions.
I first installed only LEDsync. Opened LEDsync from Program files(x86) > EVGA > LEDsync > LEDsync app. Applied my desired settings, in my case both set to blue.
I then installed Precisionx normally and opened it when it finished installing. My LEDs reverted to disco rainbow.
I then opened Task Manager and ended LEDsync task in the details tab. I again booted LEDsync from the Program files (x86) folder and reapplied settings. My settings are now persistent through restarts.
I imagine its possible to install both PrecisionX and LEDsync at the same time for this to work, I'm just too happy with my settings {and too lazy) to try it.
Edit: I've just realized LEDsync is opening with windows and is present on the task bar, I can live with that! :)
