Purchasing extended warranty

When i try to purchase the extended warranty, i login to paypal, and the paypal tells me:
 
"The merchant doesn't accept this card."
 
And I cannot pay for it. I bought the GPU with the same card from paypal.
 
How do I solve this ? I only have 1 card and it worked when i bought the GPU with it.

    Sounds like you’ll need a different card. Contact evga and speak with them about this.

    It's not the card, it's the EVGA as seller that has some issues with buyers from European Union, I have like many others the same issue as author of this thread and every other person from EU that want's to extend warranty for their card, credit/debit card in euros, pounds, złotys, czech koruna etc. every currency in Europe has issues with purchasing extended warranty. It is more than year and it is still not resolved.
