AnsweredPurchasing Advanced RMA not working

Hello i have about 2/3 days left to purchase the advanced RMA but when i submit my payment the circle spins then a white box pops up that says nothing. What do i do? I turned off all my browser extensions the 2nd time it popped up but that didn't change anything. My card hasn't been charged and i received no confirmation email.

I just checked into your account and you should be able to now. Please try clearing your cookies and cache and try again. Or you might want to try in a different browser. If you still have issues, we can help with extending the Advanced RMA purchasing window, if needed.
