I purchased the card brand new from walmart.com for $1,799.99. Just received the card today and installed it(working great so far). There was no game code inside the box. Do I still get a code for COD Cold War or Watchdogs(or any game)?
When I login to my walmart account and check my orders, there's no game code listed anywhere for this card. Walmart sent me a receipt email & confirmation of shipment/delivery, but no game codes in any of their emails either.
 
Am I out of luck as far as a free game is concerned?

Contacted Walmart, they told me to contact EVGA.
I guess that means no game code.

Yeah I bought mine from Walmart.com and I got no game code. Unfortunate. I got screwed on two fronts. No game code and my card came and it was dead within 3 hours of plugging it in and the rma process started (and taking even longer thanks to the holiday).

That Sucks, I got mine from Walmart, more disappointed in the red Shroud than the lack of a game code. The 3 hour thing scares me a bit though, what was it doing or not doing before it died?

One thing that worries me about Walmart.com is that Walmart is not listed as an authorized retailer/e-tailer for EVGA or NVidia. Www.EVGA.com/wheretobuy on top of that, none of the cards listed on Walmart.com are sold by Walmart, they are all sold by a third party vendor, meaning that they wouldn’t be covered as a purchase from Walmart directly anyway.

Who is the Seller from Walmart, because all of the cards on Walmart are third party resellers, from why I can see.

It’s likely that not only are you not getting codes, but your warranty options may be limited, as this may be considered a second hand purchase.

Walmart.com does have 30 series sold by Walmart, but they usually are sold out quick as always. But if you bought an Evga card, why couldn't you just register and get the game code on evga.com?

Because the retailer provides the code, not EVGA. Your response shows that folks do not read the information openly provided to them. The promotion page from every source and all over this forum state that the promotion comes from the place of purchase, not the manufacturer.  This is an NVidia promotion, so NVidia provides the codes directly to the retailer, and the retailer provides the code to the members that purchase the card directly from them. The manufacturer does not provide codes for users that purchase from a different retailer.

EVGA only provides the code when EVGA sells the card directly to the customer, except in certain regions.

As far as I can tell Walmart is also not an authorized retailer for any EVGA products, and all of the graphics cards available on Walmart’s website is through the Walmart marketplace, which means these are third party sales and not eligible for step up, game promotions, and other programs. Walmart itself is not an authorized EVGA retailer, so even if Walmart sells the product, it is still going to cause issues.   
 
*edit* I just found a Gt710 sold and shipped by Walmart.  That is the only GPU from EVGA they sell, that I can find. I do see power supplies, but I do not see Walmart listed as an authorized retailer, so Walmart would have to be using an authorized distributor for full warranty coverage, from what I can find.

Hopefully Tiger Direct can help you out. All NVidia promotions come directly from the retailer, so its best to verify the retailer is actually participating in the promotion.

I bought my 3080 from Memory Express and no codes either. And good luck contacting them at all, they dont even pick their phone or answer their support tickets. I tried EVGA, they said tough luck on any game codes... Just frustrating man.
