I purchased a B-Stock GTX 1080 from EVGA's website for what I believe was a reasonable price.  But, looking at my bank statement, it looks like EVGA charged my bank account, sent the video card, and then credited all of the money back to my bank account.  So... I got a free video card?  What's going on?
 

Oh, and my B-Stock GTX 1080 appears, on the surface, to be new.
