This campaign puzzles me. Your low end cards get the game but your high end and 20xx series do not?

A Promotion is to drive sales of something that is not selling. No reason to put a promotion on something that can't be kept in stock without any extras.

“Your” meaning nvidia’s campaign, not EVGA’s. EVGA is just doing what NVidia tells them they are authorized to do.

Because I'm about to buy a card and the game would be nice to have also. That's all. I'm sure, as a Canadian, I'll be hit with all sorts of extra fees, the game would make me feel better.

GPU's being bundled with games is normal. It occurs with the high end and the low it just depends what what game publishers and the GPU manufacturers come to a deal on. Typically it's the game publisher trying to push games out there that didn't do so hot, but you can find some pretty well selling games from publishers that did too. For example Nvidia's last promotion was for Destiny and it's expansions. When the 9 series was a thing they had promotions for Witcher 3 and Batman.

We usually offer a 7 day grace period for EVGA promotions but since this is a Nvidia promotion there's not much we can do :/. Sorry RushXTC! Hope you're enjoying the card, though!

I just bought a 1070 ~1 week ago from the evga_offical ebay store and registered the card a few days ago.
I don't see a code under the "collect your code" section, it just says "For purchase from participating ETAIL/RETAIL only. Please email us if you have any questions."
Does this mean I would have to contact the ebay store for the code?

Because I'm about to buy a card and the game would be nice to have also. That's all. I'm sure, as a Canadian, I'll be hit with all sorts of extra fees, the game would make me feel better.
Guess the real question becomes is the game and knowing you have a new card worth the extra to go from a b-stock to retail. You do save money with B-stock but you do get a lot of great benefits with the retail versions as well like copies of games, longer warranties, and step up options.
