Since you used "proforma invoice", did you want to include it in your shipment back to EVGA or did you want EVGA to provide one?  Proforma invoices are more of a quote or estimate and is not a formal invoice.

If you could provide more information as to what exactly you are trying to do, it would be helpful.

    I should be more specific.
I am currently in the process of sending my old card back to EVGA(Step-Up).
I have read on this forum that you need a proforma invoice to avoid customs issues.
I will be shipping from the UK to Germany.

In that case, you might want to read this thread https://forums.evga.com/m/tm.aspx?m=3100398&p=104 and https://forums.evga.com/UK-custom-charges-applied-for-RMA-proforma-invoice-blamed-by-UK-customs-m3449411.aspx.  They might give you more information.

    Hope this helps.
