Hello everyone, I have problems with the EVGA GTX 980 ACX 2.0
Buy the card recently, it is d use but it is in perfect condition (at least apparently) and almost all games give me low FPS even lower than other cards I have had lower category. I've been looking for solutions on the internet for a while and until now I have not been able to correct it.
I need help, what can I do?

Check/replace thermal paste.
Check with MSI Afterburner with 100% fan speed.
Check in another PCI slot.
Check with a different cable?

Oh, and I use Windows 10 pro 64 bits.

Temperature problem is not, because the video card I've never seen it go past 50 degrees, and the CPU is cold too.

I do not know if I'll try it on another PCI port, although I do not think that's the problem
 

Wow, you should have kept the 1060.
The 900 series cards are bad. Everyone is having issues with them, except people who have them watercooled, or just got a good card.
I would sell that and get another 1000 series card instead.
Also, your I3 may be limiting the power of that 900. I am not sure how many pci-e lanes that cpu has, but it is pretty much bottom of the barrel cpu. Sorry.

I would recommend downloading 3DMark Basic Edition from https://benchmarks.ul.com/downloads/3dmark.zip and running the Firestrike benchmark, then after the benchmark, click the Compare Results Button and then copy and paste the URL here, so we can get a better idea of your system performance.

You need to tell us at what speeds your gpu clocks are running at while playing.

Actually had tested at home months back an eVGA GTX 980 SC vs a Gigabyte 6GB 1060. Performance was extremely close, some games favored the 1060, while some(most) favored the 980. You wouldn't nor shouldn't notice a major difference. Like all others have said, run some benchmarks and use some monitoring software to see GPU utilization, Temps, and Frequencies. This will give us a good idea on what me be going on. And like someone else also pointed out. While the i3's are pretty stout given their price point, i can guarantee their is some bottlenecking going on there. You may try and pick up a i5 4690 or i7 4790 for some further performance gains. Have you tried downloading the latest Nvidia drivers and did a "clean" install during the driver install process? This can clear up some issues you may be having.

My drivers version is 398.82, and I did the "clean" install.

And Sajin there are the gpu clocks.

Now I will try with another game to see what happens.

 

MSI Afterburner on 100% fan speed should get him through w/o hjaving to use kboost though.
I wouldnt inst PXoc to save my life, it just crashes all the time and seems to mess up your graphics card also.
