Problem with PXOC 623 OSD and the game Grim Dawn (maybe other games as well)

Hello,
 
Ever since i've  updated to precision XOC 6.2.3 the osd won't function properly anymore with Grim Dawn. I dont play too many other games so I don't know if there are more games affected. for clarification i've added 2 screenshots.
 
With OSD enabled the graphics are "see through" like everything is a ghost world. 
 
Is there any workaround other then turning the OSD off?
 
Running a 1080ti, previous versions of xoc worked fine

    I also noticed this problem with Grim Dawn and posted it in their bug forum with pics and a dxdiag file.
