Sorry, that is the reason why support does not answer my email and my contact post request thought the internal form of the website?. Who determine if a card is on warranty period?, I think that in Spain/Europe is the official invoice?. Can Evga determine that a product is out of service by itself?.
Has it sense to reflecting the old products in the form if we cannot register the numbers later?
At least I would like to get an answer to my email by support to be able to decide if I claim an official claims sheet in Spain and not a conversation thought a forum.
