Prime95 AVX-Yes or No?

What are your thoughts on stress testing using Prime95. Do you test with AVX on or off? If you test with it off, have you noticed system instability even after Prime95 for several hours?

    On Running PrimeGrid is for the most part the same as running Prime95  and I have mine set to 1 @ 4700MHz
    If you are running Prime95 to find Prime Numbers then you should reduce your OC to one Below the Turbo for the CPU or offset it with AVX 1 or even 2 based off your CPU Temperatures.

    If you're cpu cooling is up to the task you should test with avx on.
