What is the real difference maker between just regular GPU's opposed to Ti or Super models?

CPU-Ryzen 5 3600x
GPU- GIGABYTE Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660
Mother Board- AsRock B450 Pro4
RAM-HyperX Fury (4x4gb)
Power Supply-EVGA 500BQ Bronze+
Case-Cooler Master Q500L (Taking recommendations for an upgrade)
 
Monitor- MSI 32" OPTIX AG32C
Keyboard- ROG Claymore Core
Mouse- Logitech G 502 LE

Increased memory speed, memory width, & cuda core counts are the differences. The more the better.

Other factors to consider is number of fans with more being better then you should consider the size of the heat sink you want. If you have the room a bigger heat sink is better but hybrid or water cooling can offer better cooling without a lot of space used.

Ok i will consider right now space is deffinitly tight but I plane on getting a larger case so it shouldn't be a problem when upgrade time as I plan on going with a Ti probably
