So this is so odd, ive narrowed down my random shutdowns and it seems that it is PXOC causing it but why would it be... And before anyone tells me its my PSU/CPU/GPU.. Its none of them, they have all been replaced and the issue persists.  Only other thing it could be is perhaps the Nvidia hd Audio Drivers. But any help as to why i only get random Kernel-power (41)(63) when PXOC is running would be great.

There's nothing odd about this behavior.  i figured it out a long time ago.  I was on the verge of purchasing replacement hardware.  This software is absolute unmitigated garbage. These devs have no idea what they are doing. Unfortunately, no one on these forums is paying attention and there are quite a few blind evga followers.  Don't get me wrong the hardware has been solid, but there is no denying that the software is non-functional and that EVGA is not providing what they have promised end users. I'm tired of them not standing up as a company,, admitting it and at least acknowledging these issues are legitimate for us.

So, it's simple uninstall any versions of evga software and your system will become stable again. And don't just use uninstall -- go in and clean your registry and make sure there is no trace of the software. Yes, ICX sensors but no functional way to monitor them. It's not like we paid for it. Wait, we did. And lest you think I am unfair I am open-minded. I come in here daily to see if EVGA has made any progress hoping to be able to use this software again. Thus far, they are making zero progress with a beta program that really isn't beta because none of the bugs ever get fixed. My hope is eventually they will face this issue for what it is and handle like the company they used to be. As for now I wouldn't hold my breath or have any expectations.

I know that having a 2D and/or 3D Profile assigned in the Profile tab of the Settings can cause PXOC to crash..Maybe that has something to do with it if you have them assigned..If you have them assigned, set them to 'Not assigned', click OK, then close and open PXOC again so the Settings changes stick.

I did try that already in hopes it could be that simple . And no it has not worked. Only thing thus far that has stabilized my system was to remove Pxoc.. which is a huge shame.. i wanted some fan control....

Only other things I have to offer up is to try Revo Uninstaller (Free) to uninstall PXOC.

Use the Advanced Mode after uninstall completes to scan for and delete leftover registry entries*, files and folders that are found..Then restart your PC and install PXOC again, maybe try an older version..Versions 6.2.3 and 6.1.16 seem to be the most stable older versions.

*WARNING: Delete only the registry entries shown in bold text in Revo.

MSI Afterburner is an alternative.

Chasing Windows issues is never any fun ....

OS ?  build / version info ?
Nvidia driver #
Are ALL your driver current ?
MB & BIOS version
GPU

I use Precision on three different builds that are running 24x7

     1) see Nibbler in signature for details
     2) XOC 6.1.14 - see AIO Folding in signature for details
     3) XOC 6.2.3 - Win 7Pro 64-bit & 1070Ti

--> If your on Win 10 go offline before doing anything to Stop automatic software installs

Uninstall your Nvidia drivers --- Reboot, stop All background software, including security (go offline first - before disabling security)

Only install the Nvidia GPU & PhysX driver - with the clean install option
(Nvidia sound drivers can cause issues, especially if you have Any other MB or sound card - Sound Drives loaded )
