I have a new RTX 3080 and have tried 1.1.0.9 and 1.1.0.11 and under HWM have no option to monitor cpu temps or cpu anything. No cpu options for monitoring. Previously using a 2080ti with Precision 0.4.8.0 I could pick cpu monitoring. Any help please?

I would but I need to have a custom fan curve for 3 fans. My understanding is afterburner still does not have that capability. Any in-game on screen cpu temp monitoring software recommendations?

Any in-game on screen cpu temp monitoring software recommendations?
You can run Precision and Afterburner at the same time..Use Precision strictly for card control and Afterburner strictly for OSD. HWiNFO has a RivaTuner Add-on to use for OSD when just running RivaTuner Statistics Server standalone without running Afterburner..Lots of sensor info can be displayed from HWiNFO, including CPU/Core temps.. Here is how to do it in post #1, works good. Those are a couple options for you.

seems odd that they'd get rid of CPU tracking... There isn't much incentive to keep precision at all if you need something else running also.

Totally agree. Also, I noticed the 3rd fan on my RTX 380 is always a little off than the other 2.

Yeah this is actually a pretty major issue. I have RTX 3080 FTW ULTRA since about a week and I find the default fan curve too loud. So I installed the Precision X1, however I really want to be able to see the CPU temp and CPU usage on the OSD in Precision because when I change the fan curve on the GPU this also affects the CPU temps since I am using air cooling.
Please EVGA add:
CPU temp
CPU usage
as options in the HWM in Precision
Otherwise we are all forces to use MSI afterburner and I tried it but the fan control is not as precise as the EVGA software.

Hopefully Afterburner will take control of the LED soon for 3090 FTW would be disappointing to loose functionality without extra software.

Absolutely absurd that cpu monitoring doesn't work. I am fine- mostly although prefer Afterburner- with Precision X1 but the lack of monitoring options is killing me. I don't really want to run two monitoring applications.

I'd suggest sending in a ' suggestion' telling them you'd like it back, however we still do not know why it was removed in the first place.

I am trying to use precision because it seems to be more stable currently than Afterburner, which is odd. Every time I adjust a voltage curve in Afterburner it will do it's own thing and currently getting the 3rd fan craziness in there. Precision did that starting out for me, but now it prompted for a firmware update and seems to hold a higher clock more consistently across multiple games. So I went into the HWM and noticed no CPU monitoring as well. Pretty terrible. The OSD is already sub par, which is why most people use Afterburner, along with interface - the design of it all. Really confusing with these 3 series cards the back and forth mess. I never had so many problem with my 10 series.
I would also like an option to adjust the font size in the tray. I enjoy having CPU temp and GPU temp in the tray at all times. Precision will put the GPU in there, but it's fine print and not legible. Lastly, is there a way to remove precision server? To stop it from showing in my tray? I recall there used to be.
