I'm using Precision XOC because I'm still using windows 7 64. It keeps stopping mid game. Graphics card Evga 1060 6 GB. I've tried a complete uninstall and files left in Program(x86), with a restart after each. Tried the same but with an early version. Same problem.
Any help appreciated.

It may not be the problem, but be aware there is a bug in Precision XOC that causes it to unexpectedly stop working/close if there's a 2D and/or 3D Profile assigned in the Profile tab of the Settings..If you have a 2D and/or 3D Profile assigned, change them to Not assigned..Then click OK..Then close and open Precision XOC again and be sure the changes have been applied/remain.

Another thing to be aware of is that PXOC won't save some changes to the Settings unless it's closed after making them.
 
It's always a good idea to close PXOC (then open again to confirm changes have saved) after making any changes whatsoever..Otherwise, some changes may not get written to the .cfg files and saved.
 
Yeah, it has some bugs, but for most there's fixes/workarounds.

Thanks bob. It wasn't what you suggested, but got to try. Maybe it is just buggy. I'll probably have to update to W10 soon, so hopefully X1 will be sorted.
