Precision XOC 6.2.7 Keyboard Lag

So it has come to my notice that after updating windows, XOC, and Nvidia drivers, my Precision XOC has been causing keyboard input lags. 
 
I believe it is an issue similar to this one: 
 
I believe this is the case because when I went to Settings->Monitoring->Hardware Polling period and changed it from 1000mS to 5000mS, I get periods in-between keyboard input lag where it is usable. Increasing this even more improves the issue. However, increasing the polling period I believe will make my XOC less able to regulate fan speeds and thus temperatures. Is there a known solution to this issue?
 
I updated windows a couple days ago, and this issue started occurring. I've tried all combinations of Nvidia Drivers and XOC back to 6.2.3 and they all have the same issue. Was I just lucky before I updated windows and didn't have this issue? I have a second computer with the same Windows 10 version, same driver version and same XOC, but it doesn't have this issue.
 
Any help is appreciated.

    Same issue, Have to exit Precision XOC when playing games as to not get randomly killed by my character randomly deciding to strafe left for 2 seconds.

    its something affecting the polling,
     
    i have random and continuous audio stuttering in any application ( but not in game ) when precision is open and active on my system.
