Precision X1 sometimes not detecting 3rd fan on FTW Ultra and setting 100% on it.

When it starts from a stop at times, in the fastest bios switch of the FTW3 Ultra 2080 Ti, it sometimes doesn't see the 3rd fan and sets it to 100% which makes the room loud.  Sometimes it does but I'm not sure why.  It's random.

You have to turn the PC completely off for it to be fixed, not just a restart as it remains while even during POST.  I'm not sure if it requires a firmware update but I think it's beyond just the Software aspect.

    Sounds like it may be time to do a cross ship rma. Once you receive the card from evga just swap the coolers to see if that fixes the issue. If swapping the coolers doesn't fix the issue you can just keep the card evga sent you, and just send yours back to them.

    I saw these just now.  I have ordered from Amazon and my boost clock is at 1950mph and higher instead of the 1770MHz or whichever.  I didn't force any OC.  I'm not RMAing.  I've disabled fast boot but I think the fans kick in to max with only 2 fan after a shutdown sometimes.  This is before Windows is even seen.  This is basically at POST.
