Precision X1 no frame rate target?

Steam updated me to Precision X1, so I am wondering where is the frame rate target. I play some games and if they go over the 60 FPS the physics and mechanics go wild. Not keen on using nvidia inspector for when I play one game then having to go into it again if I want to play something else. So is there a way to do frame rate target in this app or do I need to go back to an older version or just use MSI Afterburner? Not too excited about this feature being taken out of the Precision or if its still there not being able to see it. I even have it set on steam to op out of this beta but got it anyways.... Also noticed it disabled my fans a bit ago had them set to zero and no fans spinning on the GPU. So how did this beta get passed off as a legitimate update on steam?

    The frame rate target feature from the previous XOC is not available currently for X1. I will check with our team about implementing that feature in future updates.
