Hello,
I recently bought a 2080ti Hybrid, have it hooked up into my computer and I want to monitor the fan speeds.
When I run Precision x1, I see it reporting 2 fans (Note both are running:
Fan 1 - 0 RPM, 0%
Fan 2 - ~800 RPM, 40%
I also see the Fan Speed sliders on the other side.

1) Which fan is which? Which one is the one on the card, which is the one on the radiator?
2) The Fan speed sliders do nothing, even if Auto is turned on or off

Is something wrong?

Adjusting the fan speed sliders alone won't change the fan speed, you need to also click apply after moving the sliders to what you want.

Jcambros - I'm having a very similar issue.  I too have a 2080ti Hybrid (FTW3) and I have an extra fan plugged into the PWM header on the card (installed for push/pull with the rad).  My Fan #1 (the on-card fan) works fine - slider controls correctly and rpm's reflect speed percentage selected.  Fan #2, which is plugged into the fan adaptor coming off the card is set to 100% in P1, but maxes at 840 rpm / 40%.  Fan #3, plugged into the PWM header on the card, is fine - the slider gives me control from 0% - 100% and the rpm's are reflected appropriately.

Did you ever get this sorted out?  I'm running 3.15 of P1, btw.
