Precision X1 and 2070 Super FTW3 Hybrid Kit Fan Control Bug

It won't spin up the radiator fan unless I set it to force speed. Using a fan curve results in no fan spin from the radiator fan.

What does make it work at all is setting it to 100% in Precision X1 and using a fan curve in Afterburner.

    Seems perhaps a firmware issue or a Precision X1 bug, but sure.

    Most recent drivers, BIOS, OS, X1, etc.
    I'm always on top of updating to the most recent update.

    Windows 10
    ASUS ROG Strix X470-F
    32GB @ 3200 Corsair Vengeance RAM
    Ryzen 3800X
    RTX 2070 Super FTW3(in post title)
