I tried loading and running the EVGA Precision X1 software and it has never started.  It has updated my bios then crashed.  The 11G-P4-2487-KR RTX-2080 TI FTW card appears to work fine on Battlefield V, and some benchmarks.

System is Win 7 64bit - Fully patched
16 gig ram
1 gig Samsung SSD
850W P/S Titanium rated

I tried to grab the error report, but the computer locks up after I try to run Precision X1, and I cannot copy the data.

Any ideas?

for me precision x1 was locking up after the windows 1809 update that got rereleased ... try reininstalling latest precision x1 and nvidia drivers if you have more than one monitor.. use only one monitor then add it back after you do so.... i did that and it resolved my lock up issue with x1..

Thanks tyteman, but your suggestion did not work.

Setup single monitor, removed and reinstalled Precision X1.  It still locks up my computer when I attempt to run it.  It is not a hard lock, but everything slows waaaay down.

I am able to run the Precision XOC software.  It seems to work.  I would appreciate the additional information that X1 provides.

I just loaded the Battlefield V update.  It may not be RTX graphics, but the certainly improved the reflections to be very RTX like (on Win 7 x64).  An improvement over the original.  There seems to be a penalty for the new graphics in FPS.  It seems about 10% slower.

Precision X1 0.3.9 Beta does not work
    Precision XOC v6.2.7 works fine.
