I just bought a SC15, and whenever I try and launch Precision X Mobile, I get a single error window with "Encountered Improper Argument" in it. I have reinstalled both versions 1.011 and 1.08 from scratch and it doesn't seem to change anything. Any ideas?

Hi tpeterson323 and welcome to the EVGA forums!

Before you re-installed the software did you delete the EVGA folder from C:/Program Files/X86/EVGA ?
close any other hardware monitoring software that may be conflicting with PXOC Mobile.

Thank you very much for this thread and Sajin's response as it has finally resolved my issue of not being able to use current Nvidia driver and Precision X Mobile for gaming.  I was not able to upgrade Nvidia drivers past version 391.XX and have it run games stable (very low FPS )

I have a SC17 with the 1070 & G-Sync and for the life of me the laptop would not properly run games (WoW, Destiny 2, etc.) with any drivers after version 391.XX in using 1.11 version of X Mobile.  After following Sajin's steps I was able to use the most recent Nvidia drivers and be happy once again.
