Is there a document or other information regarding an API or other method to interface and read information from Precision X? The folks over at LCDhost's forums are under the impression there is none. However, I saw recently someone made a Rain Meter plug-in for Precision X, but there wasn't any explanation how it interfaced with Precision X.

Thanks!

UPDATE: I was unaware of the URL restrictions on new posters, which apparently killed the majority of my second sentence. For those unware LCDhost is similar to LCD Studio, in which they are both applications that allowed customized interfaces for LCDs. LCDhost is in active development and supports color LCD on Logitech Keybaords, unlike LCD Studio.

Is there any update? I'm wondering if I could programmatically query the 10 temperature sensors on my card. Would be handy if EVGA provides C or Python API.

GPU-Z added the ability to view EVGA's temperature sensors on iCX cards. If EVGA doesn't respond, you could ask Wizzard over on TechPowerUp whether he has the time and willingness to share the information.
As far as I know, there is no API for Precision X OC, and GPU-Z accesses the card directly to obtain this sensor information instead of relaying the information from Precision X OC.
As far as I know, the RainMeter plugin didn't use an API to obtain information from Precision. As far as I know, the RainMeter plugin hacked into memory addresses to obtain Precision information.

I just want bigger FONT size on the LCD - G-19 or the EVGA keyboard.

having to place granny's  reading bar magnifier over the LCD is a bit silly and gran in not happy as well.

You can use Aida 64 and make a custom layout with sensor info on it.  It allows you to change the font and size.
