Precision OCX 6.2.3 not loading at startup on Windows 10 FIXED

Was all my fault, but maybe someone else made the same mistake by messing with services via registry. Turns out I disabled the service "Time Broker" Service, which messed up the "Task Scheduler", I edited the Registry key "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TimeBrokerSvc" "Start" "3" to "4".... I simply put it back to 3 and now my Task Scheduler is working properly, along with Precision OCX
