PowerColor releases updated BIOS files to supercharge its Radeon RX 5600 XT graphics cards

PowerColor has announced that they are supercharging their Radeon RX 5600 XT GPU designs by offering gamers updated BIOS files which offer higher clock speeds. These BIOS files will offer gamers significantly more performance in both the card's "OC" and "Silent" modes. 

These BIOS files will impact PowerColor's RX 5600 XT Red Dragon and RX 5600 XT Red Devil graphics cards, delivering both higher core clock speeds and faster 14Gbps GDDR6 memory speeds. Users of RX 5600 XT Red Devil & Red Dragon with serial number that start with DG2001 should update their graphics card's BIOS files. 

Newer RX 5600 XT graphics cards from PowerColor should ship with their updated BIOS files. The table below details the changes in the Radeon RX 5600 XT's core clock speeds. 
 
Offering more performance to combat the RTX 2060 no doubt.

    Those who abuse power, are nothing but scumbags! The challenge of power is how to use it and not abuse it. The abuse of power that seems to create the most unhappiness is when a person uses personal power to get ahead without regards to the welfare of others, people are obsessed with it. You can take a nice person and turn them into a slob, into an insane being, craving power, destroying anything that stands in their way.

    AMD basically had to do this since Nvidia lowered the price on the RTX 2060 or the 5600XT would be a bad value in comparison. Perfectly illustrating why competition is always a good thing.
