Points approval pending over a month?

Not sure if this is the right place for this or if there is an EVGA folding support email I should write to? See attached pic of my points for bucks approval. The december ones have been pending for over a month and the 7m January one pending for about 10 days...I've never had it take more than 2-4 business days for approval before. Anyone experiencing the same thing? I'd like to make some purchases soon from EVGA and those $15bucks will help a lot...

    Hello peepr! I looked into it and it looks like there was an issue due to the new year. We're working on getting this resolved and the Folding point approval should be completed soon.
