Had the Step 3 of 4 email on Tuesday 26th April. Followed the steps through and sent payment within an hour of getting the email via PayPal but email say I have 7 days to pay.

Email said it would be processed in 1-2 business days. It now 4 days later and Payment is still at pending and I've had no emails.

I have confirmed with PayPal that the payment went, have the transaction ID, details on all that is correct.

Have sent a request for help yesterday on the link in the email:  but have had no response and cannot get through to talk to a human on the phone.

fter the long weekend here in the UK we will be on day 7. I've not had the Step 4 of 4 email, EVGA has the money and I fear that my Step-up will be cancelled on day 7.

I received confirmation that our EU office is looking into this and will be fixing this on your account to send you the next steps to return the product.

Two weeks after receiving my Step 3 of 4 email, and paying via PayPal there and then, still zero communications from EVGA and my Next step is now showing as EXPIRED

So, not only have I missed out on a Step-up through no fault of my own, I've now got to try and get my money back.

Sorry EVGA, you have just lost a customer.

And several days later, still zero communications from EVGA even when contacted through PayPal to have them return the payment I made to them over two weeks ago.

Absolutely shocked by this treatment but do appreciate that EVGATech_ChrisB did try and get it sorted before my Step-Up expired.

I just want my money back now.

Eventually got my money back after raising a PayPal claim.

Matter is now closed.

No. They eventually refunded the money though.

But no apologies, no undertaking to find out what happened and to improve their processes etc.

I won't be buying from EVGA again. Their products are great, have used them for years without issues. But having customer services acting like this means I doubt I could trust them if I ever did have an issue, needed a RMA etc. Shame really.
