Hello there I'm planning on purchasing an evga gpu (gtx 1060 3gb) in the US and using it on my pc here in the Philippines. Just curious on how the steps for RMA process will be done if it ever is needed. Tried to send a message on the official PH facebook of evga here and they never replied to my query so I'm posting here hoping to get a response. Thanks very much and here's to being part of the evga community!

Hi thanks for the reply. I checked the APAC region and it did not specify where the item can be shipped. Will the Philippines be covered by APAC region?

Most things in apac seem to go through Taiwan if I am not mistaken.

I guess they won't give out the address unless i fill up a RMA. Wonder why is that since I wanted to know the rates for future reference if bad luck strikes. "Please feel free to call us first for any needed support at (888) 880-EVGA (3842) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week." - The number is international and it will cost me a lot to call them.

We don't list the address on the support pages because we want people to go through the RMA process before sending in their product without a RMA number. (This slows down the process as we then have to find out why we received an item.)
