When I click the Paypal checkout button to pay for my RMA nothing happens. I have tried several browsers on 2 different systems and no joy.
I also tried phoning customer services to pay by card, but only Paypal is accepted and they couldn't find a solution as to why the checkout isn't working.
 
Could someone please look into it. I find it unacceptable that a phone call to customer services was not able to resolve this and I think it is very silly to only accept Paypal payments. I would expect it if this was ebay, but an international company?

Over 24 hours and no one has been able to change a few lines of code to resolve this issue?
 
This whole experience with has put me off the EVGA brand for life, not only the exceptionally poor customer service, but the terrible product quality, as this is literally the 3rd unit that has died in a 2 year period.
It's pretty sad when a generic Octogen PSU outlives a brand name unit by over 4 years... 

Did you ever think that you have to fill in all the information they are asking for on the paypal site ? Like name address and all the rest before it can complete the transaction ? Also this is a forum not the official web page of EVGA. You should call them Direct !
 It also @ the bottom of page is telling you to remove special charcters in your address !

I had the same problem and found the solution.
 
The button doesn't work because of the unsupported characters in the address field (unsupported by PayPal, not EVGA). I had to remove even the commas and it worked out.
 
Note that changing the address in the checkout form has no effect, you have to change it in your EVGA profile. When you reload the checkout link you should now see your updated address and, if done correctly, no error message. The checkout button should now work properly.
