If you cannot get this fixed PM about a GTX 980 Hydro Copper Card, Yes you would have to create a Water Loop for it.
The only cards I have on Air is the GTX 690 and GTX 780.

I don't run water loops anyway, just an off-the-shelf all-in-one water cooler. If I could afford to go the custom loop route, I would just get a 2070 instead of the 1660.
EVGA tech support was no help on part #'s, so I may be out of luck
unless I find a dead one listed on ebay for dirt cheap...
