Hi, I have tried to get all the RMA conditions right... I see from my tracking via Parcelforce, that it's now awaiting collection at your EU office in Germany. Could/does this mean that EVGA have rejected it and it's now on the way back. Any way of finding out?

Hi, is any further info on my RMA ID: 1507248. Parcel still shows as awaiting collection from depot.

EVGA doesn't always monitor the forums. Did you forward your tracking info as requested?

EVGA EU offices are closed on the weekend. I have forwarded this to their office.

your package was hold at the customs department - we are trying now to declare the package and get it shipped to us.

Hi Markus, many thanks for getting things moving. I see the replacement card is on it's way.
BTW what's "declare the package"? just in case it was an issue I caused.

I believe that means EVGA would need to satisfy the customs requirements before receipt.
