I'm experiencing some trouble with PXOC (current release and beta have the same behavior) and the FTW3 Hybrid 1080ti.
 
First, PXOC main page doesnt show the colors next to the gpm temps, they're all black no matter what (see picture below).
 
Second, and most important, when PXOC is opened, thermal leds works as intended, but if it is closed, the "G" led doesnt follow pxoc settings,
it starts to go blue at 51°C, and green at 59°c, "P" and "M" on the other hand seems to work fine, but I have no way to verify it
since PXOC is closed, and HWinfo64 makes the GPM leds stuck.
 
I thought that thermal leds settings were saved directly somewhere on the card (just like normal "geforce" leds), making pxoc optional, has that changed?
 
I'm only using PXOC to control leds of the card, afterburner for OC and monitoring, and speedfan to control radiator fan. 
 
edit : after some testing, it looks like, after closing pxoc, the "G" led apply +10°C at every color threshold, so if you set it to be blue at 40C, then close pxoc, and run a game, the G led will be black until it reaches 50°C, and after that it turns blue.
