The recent W10 1903 improvements displace the EVGA PX1 Logo from center screen to left upper screen and reduces size.

As an upgrade to the Current Windows Install or is this a Fresh OS Install?
If an upgrade then uninstall PX1 and do a PX1 Clean Up.

This is the large May "new features" install.

     https://microsoftedgetips.microsoft.com/en-us/0/?source=firstrun

It will take around 20GB of storage after installing but after uninstalling prior W10 you actually gain two GB of space. Be sure to clone before installing.

I also noticed a couple of nVidia Control panel changes after the install. Gsync was active even though not enabled. Had to enable Gsync in NCP and then disable it to sync everything. Also the PhysX was changed to auto instead of previous 2080ti select.

Did you Update Win 10 On Top of the Existing OS install on your PC -- seems to be Bcav's question

If you Updated ---> "in place"  ---> then try removing X1 & then "cleanup X1 & reinstall X1"

How Do I Troubleshoot Precision X1 Issues?

Yes, I updated W10 on top of the old OS. Everything is on one SSD so that would be too much trouble. If there is an issue I just go back to my clone. Next computer I'll dedicate OS to one drive but this is how I have had it since 2009 on this computer.

I just ran the TRShadow bench and frames rendered increased by 800 and FPS increased by five. The update seems to have improved CPU usage some how. I have an old system so I imagine newer systems would show an even greater improvement. Using 425.31

I'll just wait for the next PX1 to correct the issue.

I gave in on my last 2 1709 Rigs one Intel the Other AMD doing the Feature update to 1803 that I had to block every 3 days.
Before I stated I Preset both computer doing the Following.
Set PXOC/PX1 to Not Start with the OS and Disabled the Task that starts PXOC
Uninstalling the NVIDIA Drivers restarting into Safe Mode and Cleaned up with DDU
Ran Disk Cleanup and deleted all older restore points and all the junk files.
Restated the Computers Disabled the Swap File and Restarted.
Ran Defrag on all the Drives.
Restated and allowed Windows Update to install the Feature Pack for 1803.
    Zero Issues on both Computers.
Updated Windows Updates and Apps Zero Issues.
Installed the NVIDIA Graphics Drivers Zero Issues.
Enabled PXOC Task to start back up with the OS restarted all came back Settngs and All.
I do not have PX1 start with the OS but starting it up my settings all worked and Zero Issues.

Wish I had done this on my 1803 Computers installing the Feature Pack for 1809. Issue after Issues with 1809.

PS I do have a Policies set to not include drivers under Windows Updates so the Update never installed a NVIDIA Graphics Driver.

The recent W10 improvement also has a slight issue with BFV. Closing BFV causes the video card to freeze momentarily locking two of three monitors and on the third main monitor to go dark. After 3-5 seconds all is restored.

This may be why BFV has an update scheduled for the 23rd at 0800 UTC.

    Edit:

The BFV freezing monitors was corrected by installing latest nVidia driver. 425.31 worked well but did not play nice with the W10 May update. The latest nVidia driver works much better with the W10 May update.

And the PX1 logo restored itself to center on the monitor screen. I think that was caused by experimenting with the W10 update font resizing slider.
