Have EVGA Black 2080 Super, Current Nvidia Drivers, Windows 10 fully up to date. Using Precision X1 and first it will not save some of the setting I select such as fan profiles. Also when I try to save a profile or delete one the program crashes and on restart the profile is not saved and I have to manually reset all of the settings. Is this a known issues or just something going on with me? I have uninstalled and reinstalled already and no change.

I'll just go ahead and assume you have Version 1.0.3.0 which is the latest.

I would uninstall that version and select "Yes" at the "Do you want to remove Precision X1 setting files ?" prompt..Then install the Standalone Version 1.0.2.0 found here at the bottom of the page.

Right-click on the installer and select "Run as adminisrtator" and do it that way.

    Roll from there.

Appreciate the info. Same issue. Just updating to a new card in several years. Installed 1.0.3.0 and it either doesn't save my custom settings or crashes whenever I try to save to a profile.
Bought a GTX 1660 Ti to supplement my aging GTX 770 SC 4GB until I can get a more powerful card. Running Windows 7 Ultimate still on an older Intel X79 system. Will try an earlier version of Precision X1.

Edit: Using 1.0.2.0 and everything is working correctly. Must be an issue with the latest version.
