I left town and I unplugged my computer and turned off the PSU.  When I returned two weeks later, I plugged in the computer and turned on the PSU.  To my surprise my started, stopped for a second, the came on sort of.  The case fans and CPU cooler fan came on, but no signal message on the monitor.  I turned the PSU on and off a few times, but still the same results.  Computer sort of comes on when the PSU is turned on and not by the on/off button on the unit.  Any ideas what is going on.

My system info below:

Intel Core i9-10900K
Gigabyte Z490 AORUS Elite
ASUS Turbo GeForce GTX 1070
EVGA SuperNOVA 650

It does sound like a psu issue. I’d get another one to test with.

I suggest to try and test the unit.

I suggest a replacement PSU and while you are at it get a 850W model which has better chance of surviving
