PSU I ordered says delivered but never showed up

I ordered a PSU last week and it said it would be delivered on the 14th which is today. The UPS tracker says it was delivered but no package every showed up at my house. I went on the UPS website to see what could be done but it said to come to the original sender. Can anyone help me with this please?
