PSU Fan Being Weird

Just got a 3080 FTW3 Ultra. After a day or so I noticed a loud fan spike for a second, usually when just launching a simple program. (Tabs in firefox, battlenet, steam) It is like a fan is going 100% for a second or two then stops. Thought it was the gpu but now pretty sure its my psu. Dont remember this ever happening before. Could it be a current spike with new 3080? Or is my psu not enough watts. Or maybe psu is bad..not sure. Any help appreciated. PSU is less than a year old. Happens with eco-mode on and off.

    We are sorry to hear about your noise issue. Your power supply has more than enough power for the 3080. Please register the product and open up a support ticket under "Service" and provide a link to a recording of the noise on google drive, one drive, or any file storage service and make sure it is made public so we can better diagnose the issue.
