PD: I already connected the PCI cable, the card was working normally and one day it was like that

    Would you be able to disconnect, and reconnect the cables? Additionally, are you using any adapters for the power connections? If you could provide a picture of your graphics card installed, that would be helpful. :)

    May be something wrong with the pci-e ports on the gpu. Test the card in another known good working system to confirm.

    What happened that day when you found it like that? What were you doing with it? Is this a always on system? 24/7? What psu are you using and how old is it?
