Been ready for this since the last challenge ended. When one ends the first thing I do is go change my settings the next challenge project so all I have to do is turn on the project in Boinc at start time.

The time in the red circle is the time the PG servers go by. If it is after the start time it is safe to DL tasks.
It does not change on the this clock and you have to refresh the screen.

The count-down timer underneath is tied to your computers local time. it may or may not be the right time.

    Thanks mektacular
I am only going with Four RTX 2080 Ti Graphics Cards + One AMD Radeon VII Graphics Card this time around.

I have used the count down clock and has been on time for me each time, I do check my local UTC Clock but is the same as what is on the upper part of their webpage as shown by Bill above.

On a side note as long as EVGA keeps this on the Z390 Dark "Limit 2 per household." it looks like I am done buying anymore Motherboards.
Maybe it is time to give AMD a second chance on their Motherboards But AMD needs to add AVX-512*** to rethink AMD.
*** Some call this AVX3 as well as most Motherboards Bois call it AVX3.

Why not buy EVGA boards from Newegg or Amazon and not just the EVGA site?
Asus and Asrock boards have worked fine for me, they do make some good motherboards too.
As far as AMD with AVX512, they just finally fixed their AVX, going to be a long while for them to get 512.

Gonna be an odd challenge because 1M pt tasks are going to drop infrequently for a lot of users...

My 2 1060's will drop a 1M pt task each after 4 days 10h...  No idea if that's the most point efficient, but it's what they are doing at this point.

My 1070 should drop 7 tasks in the same amount of time. 7x154k=1,078,000+/-.

I've thrown my two 1660s into the fray.
It looks like about 15 hours to do a GFN-21.

I am running a bunch of CPU tasks also. Only the one GFN21 can do CPU.
On older (Sandybridge/newer) CPUs, can do 3 at a time and will drop in time. More than 3 takes too long.
Z370 and x99 I can do 6 tasks and drop in time. So its not really a bad CPU project. I have a couple 1080Ti on it.

You can run MT on the GFN21 CPU if you want to.
Change the #8 to how ever many cores you want to use. Have to change #8 in both places.

Back to 7th. With the size and long run times with big points awarded with 20,50,75% bonus.
The lead spots will change often. The farther we go into this challenge, even more so changes as tasks get turned in.

Thanks Bill, I have One CPU tasks running now but if you are going for the Prime you are competing with the same Task running on the GPU.

I don't think they have ever found a prime on those projects, I could be wrong but I thought I did read that somewhere.
If true, I doubt I will be the first. I'll take the points!!!

Back to 7th. With the size and long run times with big points awarded with 20,50,75% bonus.
The lead spots will change often. The farther we go into this challenge, even more so changes as tasks get turned in.

Yeah, gonna be odd.  There could be someone out there with 100 1060's (extreme example) that would show up as zero, and then on Tuesday, 95M points, if they put them all on extremes.

I'll get another 950K in about 2 hours...
