I hope you will build loop from Heatkiller Parts and Nemesis Black Ice radiators.
That's very important decision.
Off course RTX2080SC Hydro Copper is better then Founders, but Founders easy become Hydro Copper.
Sad that I didn't know to advice self properly to invest in watercool.de parts. 
Unfortunately the Heatkiller stuff is all out of stock, at least the places I was looking. Doing an Aquacomputer Cuplex Kryos Next with an Alphacool ST30 V2 rad. I was also buying from modmymods who doesn't carry the HWL rads. I couldn't leave them hanging after they literally emailed back and forth with me a ton of times over like 6 months as I planned one build, then changed it completely and kept asking advice etc. I might look into a HWL rad if I add a second down the line.

Was definitely annoying. I went to buy a 2080 super HC directly from EVGA and it went out of stock while I had it in the cart... Ended up getting gouged by Newegg. Then 3 hours later they came back in stock @evga store.
Newegg is insane charged me ~10% sales tax. #feelsbad

Yep, they weren't even on Newegg that I could see when I tried to buy last Saturday. Just the regular non-super that's 100 more for some reason in both Newegg and EVGA's site. I'd definitely be cancelling the Newegg order. The only thing that would have kept me from buying direct from EVGA and using someone's affiliate code would have been if Amazon had them yet cause I could get 5% back using my Amazon card. That would be the same effect as using an affiliate code, but I also would get free shipping.

lol yeah the titan rtx! the pricing was wild. 2500 for that vs 2080ti at 1200. I miss the time when the differential was: 799/999/1199. I love the titan series but not when its over double the price, lol. A guy may as well run 2080ti SLI for 2400 and be ahead. I may build a new game pc this winter; looking fwd to getting into the building experience.

I would have agreed back in the day , but almost no one codes for effective SLI usage anymore .
Even Nvidia is barely using it , only putting the ability on the top tier cards ... which I find really strange .
If Nvidia would start pushing it more , it gets them more money from selling 2+ cards & they could use some of their clout to get game makers to optimize it better - back like it used to be.
It just makes sense all the way around....
