I am wondering. Are the unreleased 1080ti models on the products page all that is in the works, meaning that the FE is the only reference clocked card?
This is forcing us to only have the FE as a step up option if EVGA sticks to their reference clock only policy for step up

That is a possibility.  If you look at the banner ad on the main EVGA page...says coming soon...FTW3 and SC2 models.  Doesn't say a reference card with ICX.  Can't be certain until EVGA releases their own models

We can only wait and hope.  I'm hoping at least the Black Edition SC becomes an available step up option from my FE unless EVGA advertises a 1080 Ti version of the hybrid water cooler before my step up expires.

I wouldn't hold your breath. They might get added in a month or so, but I wouldn't expect any additions to the stepup options at launch. Maybe after demand lessens as there needs to be sufficient supply for cards to added to the program.

The 1080's were added to the list the second they were released.. the 1080ti founders was on the list 1 minute before release. The 1080 and 1070 bother had a staggered FE to AIB board release, but the moment the AIB boards hit the market, they were on the list.

Dude.. i am on mobile, i dont want to hear it :-p

Also, we just have to wait for the AIB versions to be released. I can see them adding a base ICX card (cooler only), but not an ICX Technology (with heat sensors and such). Only time will tell though.

That's what I was getting at. And then there's the whole issue with the forums not advancing to the new posts properly in long threads. Mad props man.
