Hi folks one of my 1070s will not fold...
04:09:02:ERROR:WU02:FS01:Failed to start core: OpenCL device matching slot 1 not found, try setting 'opencl-index' manually
is the warning I'm getting.
 
Windows 10
@ gtx 1070s

    Uninstall the Current NVIDIA Drivers and Software and restart without network.
    Run DDU in Safe Mode and Clean up what is left and reboot still without Network.
    Install NVIDIA Graphics Driver and PhysX Drivers and then restart and connect back to the Network and see if you can fold now.

    FAH has been doing some weird random 5#!+ since the last update. I run Linux on everything so this may not be of any use as you're on win10. I agree with bcav but wanted to share a recent situation and resolution I had. Issue was 1 card stopped being recognized after things had been running fine for weeks or months. Couldn't get FAH  to see that card again. Tried bunches of things from bunches of forums and the resolution that worked was
    Configure > Expert > add > gpu true > reboot rig and presto chango
    On my other rigs I had removed gpu false as per Chris's tutorial and they are still running along fine. Go figure.
