Burch8508 Got it.
Look at 21/22 for the Nuts Washers go on the back side of the GPU Bracket, Pasted that is. The 4 Screws are for the GPU Bracket. #13 Did you Not Install the GPU Bracket?

Iluv2raceit Yipeee...NOT. What's the price for this ridiculous beast? I'm guessing $2199...which is just stupid, sorry. You can buy TWO RTX 2080 TI cards for the price of a single KINGPIN.
This is nicer waterblock than other available on market. I believe he will satisfied and people with colorful and clear coolant... It's so beautiful that I would recommend installation in vertical GPU mount. And I should consider buying Lian Li O11-1 kit for my case, if I use PCI-E x1 extension I could use and Sound card in same time, there is a available slot. I'm so happy because I bought Lian Li PC-O11 WXC. Definitely one of 5-6 best decisions I made when I choose hardware. He is so interesting, eternal, you can't imagine day when he will become monotonous, that demand serious change in approach to PC case we didn't see 20 years. Small transparent, perfect, precise edges, excellent cabinet for hardware, with smooth surface like coca-cola can, light.
This point, you can buy 2 2080tis for the same cost, even though this is strictly an overclocking, overpriced gimmick I am looking forward to enjoying the look of it at the least :)

Sorry, I can't give you a temperature load comparison since I didn't take a screenshot of me testing with the AIO. Not sure about the screw issue but the mechanism that holds the LCD was snapped at one of the junction points and I had to repair it using some epoxy. To be fair, once you install the Hydro Copper it would have stabilized itself but if the other junction point also broke you'd have no choice but to repair it. The copper block itself was "gunky" - I have no idea what it was - powered coating maybe? - I don't know but I pressure washed (not at max power obviously) to clean it out as best I could before I put it in my loop and if you're looking for a nice reflective mirror finish as most of us would expect this isn't the block for you unless you want to lap it yourself. RE: temperatures for bcavnaugh: I use a water chiller. My water was set at 58 degrees F. My Hydro Copper for my 2080 Ti at the same temp showed much better results. But the main point is, since I use a water chiller (I have no radiator) you would expect even better results. Both the AIO and the Hydro Copper use Liquid Metal so they were directly comparable when it comes to the TIM I used. (I replaced the TIM on the AIO on the day I got the Kingpin). Hope that answers you questions. Used your affiliate code by the way. Maybe use it to get some metal polish for your block ;-) Marco

Thanks, and Thank You. 14°C was about what seemed good in my testing with my chiller. @ 8°C I started to see some sweet so setting at -5°C from Ambient Temperature seems good for me. Only time can tell after I get my HC installed. Running my Chiller now on my GTX 1080 Ti K|NGP|N Hydro Copper 11G-P4-6799-KR in an SLI setup.

They just called me and set me up with a advanced RMA so be patient my friend. I was thinking the same thing about a diy fix but wanted to see how the support ticket worked out first. My other block should get delivered tomorrow or Thursday so hopefully it won't have the same issue.

I feel for you guys, definitely sucks. Personally, if after being forced to pay for another OLED screen assembly included with the block, it then arrived broken in need of an RMA; I would be extremely annoyed to say the least. That's not even taking into consideration the other less-than-desirable aspects of the $400-$500 waterblock. Overall, I think this KPE launch seems like a step back in quality from previous generations. Seems like the king this time around could be the HOF card.
