$349.99
It was $299.99 when it was First Listed, been looking every hour or so since the listing was posted.
I blame all the Complainers here on the Forum for the Price Hike.
But I bet it is because of the Cost of the Built-in OLED Display.
Looks like today might be the day.

They just raised the price to $349 on the EVGA store for the KP HC.

Omg wow LOL!

Ok I think that's just ridiculous.  Wasn't it $249.99 originally?
I only saw the $299. But dang, they just keep raising it.

Oh ok, $299.99 was the price, you're right.  For those that are looking to purchase one, get rid of your Associate Membership to get that 10% off that $349.99 block for an additional $34.99 OFF!

I still think that's a ridiculous price for a waterblock.  The only time I've seen a price like that was for a Gold Plated CPU Waterblock or Watercool HeatKiller CPU blocks a while back.    Nowadays, you'll never see a price like that on blocks.  Better yet, you could build yourself a nice beginners custom CPU loop with possibly a GPU via universal block.

if they just raise the price, even with the 1 slot bracket bundled, it's still too high!!

They should honor price when people signed up for auto-notify.  Is it made in China or Taiwan?  Could be the 25% tariff...

What 25% tariff? I assume it's a Chinese retaliation tariff in response to our tariffs place on Chinese goods.

Why can't the HC be made in the US with US metals and machining?   JK

That 1600w PS is looking more enticing every hour as long as they have US inventory.  Get your goods now while US still has stock on items.

See, if the HC was released earlier, we would've saved $50.  It's EVGA's fault.  LOL  We need SWAG with the HC.

Lets be completely honest here, the price is a complete and utter fleece-job. For me here in Canada, that is a $500 waterblock... think about that for a second...

Oh my god now I am scared for the EU pricing in the shops... considering KP costs 1900$ but in EU cheapest is 2k €. Either 300€ which is unlikely because its the US price.... or 400€ block which is even more ridiculous.

Nope, but that is OK I would rather keep mine for others to use to get a Discount and bring in more customers into the EVGA Fold.
We really could use some new Team Members over on Crunching@EVGA The BOINC Team Under The EVGA Name.
We are good for the most part on Folding@EVGA  EVGA's Folding Team but can always use more Members as well.

To be fair here, the added cost is on your country because they add their tariffs, duties, fees, etc. on imported products.  I feel you though being our neighbor up north, that's some brutal prices you guys end up with but hey, you have free healthcare among other things so it's not all that bad or is it...

It's official.....

......that the flow restrictive EVGA WB's are made in China! lol  That's what I got from this post.  No freakin wonder my flow went to hell ever since going from TWO SLI GPUs to ONE GPU you'd think the opposite thing would happen, granted I added a few more angled fittings with two new EK D5 G2 PWM pumps running at almost full bore (95% PWM) to keep a constant flow of 1.0 GPM.

P.S. - I wouldn't say EVGA is a victim but everyone else who had to shutter their doors to unfair trade practices are.  If you manufacturer in China, you're good with them but if you want to export your goods from the states to the Chinese, good luck.

It doesn't work the same way in Canada as it does for those in the EU/UK. We order direct from EVGA and simply pay the exchange rate + like $10 customs/duties/brokerage when crossing border. There is no other VAT or tariffs involved. The block works out to ~$475 + taxes.

This was overpriced from the get-go even for US buyers; even before this $50 price hike. As you said before, ridiculous!

P.S. - The healthcare here isn't all it's cracked up to be, I'll just leave it at that

I hear ya but not sure what the final price for blocks would be than since its such a niche market.  I say just move it to Taiwan or something.

This was overpriced from the get-go even for US buyers; even before this $50 price hike. As you said before, ridiculous!

P.S. - The healthcare here isn't all it's cracked up to be, I'll just leave it at that

So you're basically saying, it's just the conversion from USD to CA that makes it cost so much?  I don't think EVGA jacks up the price but sells it to possibly pay some fees on their end possibly or w/e and you add the conversion which gives you the total price.  No way they would price gouge a customer.  Maybe shipped and sold by a snake oil salesman on amazon or ebay. lol

As for HC, oh I know all about that, hence my semi sarcastic remark.

Lets be completely honest here, the price is a complete and utter fleece-job. For me here in Canada, that is a $500 waterblock... think about that for a second...

EK D5 G2 PWM pumps are craps.
I will replace my pump with D5 Next depend of customers experience or Laing D5.
Only should be looked little.
Before few days I saw on Ebay offer, 40$ some crap 120mm radiator and brand new Laing D5...
This model. No 71629 D5-38/810N

Who knows how long she stay but pump with same parts as original factory used...
Heatkiller parts are send to Performance PC, soon they will have them on stock.
It's bad because they not made block for K|NGP|N he will worth 200$ easy.

Yeah I guess I'll keep my associate membership for now cause I'm gonna have to hold off on this block, I have to put a $5000 transmission in my truck. (ouch). Feel free to use my code below whoever needs to though. 1.7 million miles on the tranny if there's a bright side to the story.
